OTHM Level 7 Diploma in Human Resource Management aims to provide understanding and skills to learners in human resource management; thereby learners will acquire knowledge by an integrated approach of theory in human resource management and practice using real time activities. Requirements
For entry onto the OTHM Level 7 Diploma in Human Resource Management qualification, learners must possess:
- An honours degree in related subject or UK level 6 diploma or an equivalent overseas qualification
- Mature learners (over 21 years) with management experience
- International students whose first language is not in English, they will need to have score of 5.5 or above in IELTS (International English Language Testing System)
